“东莞文明有礼18条”发布，快来看看你能做到几条, 你怎么看？
看了标题后特意在网上查了下这18条文明倡议，发现在生活中真正能做到的恐怕没几个人。我就拿其中两条并且对应在我家小区的来说说：
1.规范养犬，外出牵绳
在东莞很多老旧小区，你会发现很多养狗的都是直接把狗放出来在小区上冲来跑去，任其随意大小便，我每天早上开车上班总会看到轮胎上有小狗尿尿的痕迹……
2.垃圾入桶，讲究卫生
小区每座楼下都有个带盖白色垃圾桶，但总是会看到有人把垃圾放在地上（可能不愿意掀盖子），甚至有直接放在盖上的……
